No. There should be no comma, as you are only talking about spaghetti and turkey meatballs. If you added a third item, such as garlic bread, you would then need a comma, as we always use commas in a series.
Example: I love my mom's spaghetti, the turkey meatballs, and garlic bread.
However, as you have only listed two items, you do not need a comma.
