Comma before and in this case?

Would you put a comma after spaghetti in this case? I love my mom's spaghetti and the turkey meatballs.

So, I disagree with Phillip. I'm not sure what he means when he says the information is "explanatory". This would only be true if you were providing more specific information about the spaghetti. For example:

I love my mom's spaghetti, the one one the table, and the turkey meatballs. Here you are telling a bit more information about which spaghetti you are talking about. Perhaps there are lots of different plates of spaghetti on a buffet or something.
