If you're going to use 62.4 l torr/mol K, why not go whole hog and use 62400 ml torr/mole K - both as unlikely? Anyway, you do have to convert ml to liters if you use the R given:
984 ml (1l/1000ml) = .984 liters
Now rearrange the IGL to solve for T:
T = PV/(nR) and plug in all the values. T will be in Kelvin.
