Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried to find my son a good Spanish tutor. I had him try out 3 teachers. We decided to use one (Harriet M) for the weekly tutoring moving forward.
My son doesn't feel the other two tutors are good fit: Lora B and Joan P. Can I ask you to refund the purchase with both, one hour each? Thanks a ton!

Wyzant wants to ensure that you find the best tutor for your son. In line with their Good Fit Guarantee policy, you can request a refund for the first hour of tutoring with a new tutor if you're not completely satisfied.
Here are the steps to request a refund under the Good Fit Guarantee:
- Log in to your Wyzant account.
- Go to the 'Billing' section on your dashboard.
- Locate the lessons with Lora B and Joan P that you'd like to request refunds for.
- Click on the corresponding 'Request Refund' button for each lesson.
- Fill out the required information and submit the refund request.
The team will review your request and process the refunds accordingly. Please note that you can only request a refund for the first hour of tutoring with a new tutor, and the request must be made within 96 hours of the lesson's completion.
