asked 10/29/22Too Long to fit, here is part of it: Find and interpret the average rate of change of F over the interval [0,28]. What is the Average Mileage in 2003 compared to 1995?
Using the data from Bureau of Transportation Statistics, the average fuel economy F in miles per gallon for passengers cars in the U.S can be modeled by
F(T) = -0.0076T^2 + 0.45T +16, 0 ≤ T ≤ 28, where T is the number of years since 1980. Find and interpret the average rate of change of F over the interval [0,28]. What is the Average Mileage in 2003 compared to 1995?

Remember that the formula for average rate of change of a function f over an interval [a, b} is:
f(b) - f(a)
b - a
Just evaluate F(t) over the endpoints of this interval and plug the appropriate values into this formula.
