Not satisfied with 1st lesson

Hi,

I tried a new teacher for Spanish. Her teaching was not good. For some reason she kept repeating same thing over and over again. So we had to politely ask her to end lesson before 1 hour. Now my question : is this 1st lesson covered under Best Fit ?

You guys must find professional teachers. Also, when you know we are good at teaching, we usually offer free trial lessons. This is helpful for both parties, for my side to learn about the student needs and also the level and for the other side to learn about the teaching method.

Yes, it is, as per ToS from Wyzant. I highly recommend you request a free demo session from any tutor when you engage in conversation, prior to agreeing to book further paid sessions. All billing disputes will be handled between you and Wyzant during the period of billing cycles prior to paying the tutor. There is about a 1 week (5 business days aprox.) turn around on billing.
