Hello I have schedule 3 tutorial sessions via Wyzant I log in and try to join the training however no one else joins the training. I believe I was charged for a training that no one ever logged in. Today I had another session I've been in communication with the tutor but we haven't be able to connect to anything. My previous sessions have all been on the app never via Google or Zoom.
