It appears that you want a prediction of the second practice based on the first practice.
If my understanding is correct, then we can proceed as follows.
Practice 1 = 50 pitches x 20% hits = 50 pitches x .2 = 10 hits.
The opposite of getting a hit is to strike, so strikes = number of pitches - number of hits = 50 - 10 = 40 strikes
number of strikes ÷ 3 strikes per out = 13 outs
Practice 2 = 75 pitches x 20% hits = 75 pitches x .2 = 15 hits
In this case, the number of pitches - number of hits = number of strikes = 75 - 15 = 60 strikes; number of strikes ÷ 3 strikes/out = 20 outs
