Your answers are correct. You simply add the conditional endings to the infinitive, or irregular conditional stem...as you did with diría and vendría. The conditional tense can be a question or statement, it doesnt matter.

I would recommend thinking about these sentences in English to get a better idea of the context. The first sentence uses the word "Entonces" which may help you determine what verb tense is required. In some verb tenses the word "entrances" might sound off, if you say the full sentence out loud. Also note that there are questions marks, indicating the tone of how you the sentence will sound which may help in choosing which verb tense to choose. Number two is not a question, but a statement ending in a period. This one is tough because the period makes it seem like it would be awkward to use certain verb tenses. It could be that whichever tense sounds best in stating a fact, and not asking a question is the answer, or it could be an awkward statement on a less-than perfectly written quiz.

Number 3 is a question. If you say the statement out loud in English you will likely be able to reverse engineer that statement and get the Spanish equivalent.
