You can use the WyzAnt online learning tool or Zoom for online tutoring with WyzAnt. If you want a video recording of your lessons, the WyzAnt online learning tool automatically records each of your online lessons as they occur thereon (unless you yourself as the student specifically request that they do not get recorded on the network itself). And of course, you and your tutor can record any or all of your online tutoring sessions on Zoom by clicking the "Record" button on Zoom accordingly as you please.

You can use which ever platform you'd like for tutoring. You schedule your lessons with the student via Wyzant and then hold your lessons via Zoom. You will need to send the Zoom link to the student.

If you are a student, your tutor will schedule the lessons via Wyzant and send you a link to their Zoom account. You'd join the lesson by Zoom and not Wyzant.
