I need help with a precalculus question

When running a 100 meter race Alan reaches his maximum speed 6 seconds after the race started when he is 30 meters from the starting line. Alan runs at this max speed for the rest of the race. Alan is 65 meters from the starting line 11 seconds after the start of the race.

1.What is Alan's distance from the starting line 6+z6+z seconds after the race started?

2.What is Alan's distance from the starting line xx seconds after the race started (provided x≥6)?

(I already have the the max speed which is 7 meters per second)
