Use of singular person pronouns

Why can't I use the pronouns I and me interchangeably in a sentence?

For example:

I disagree with her.

Me disagree with her.

She disagrees with me. She disagrees with I.

The pronoun I is used when it is the subject of a sentence. Me is used when it is the object. You cannot use them interchangeably because of the rules of the English Grammar.
