What does it mean when someone deletes an unopened email(goes to trash folder)and then immediately opens it in the trash ?

you delete an UNopened email so it goes to the trash folder and then you immediately go to the trash folder and open it and then leave it in the trash instead of permanently deleting it .. what does that mean ? ..



why not open it in the inbox and then trash it after you deem it trash .. usually if I see an email that I deem trash, I click delete and forget about it .. and if it's something that I really don't like or it offends me, I'll go to the trash and permanently delete it .. I won't open it to see what's inside .. if you trash an email and then open it, does it mean that you were still interested in seeing what the email had inside or you were just curious ? ..

could it be that you think it's something embarrassing but still something you want to see so you move it right away to the trash so it's 'hidden' and then you can open it ? .. I know this is a weird question .. yes I think of weird stuff

I'm not sure it's as strange as you think...I know that I have done that on several occasions, but every time I've done it it's because I deleted the email by accident- either going through and deleting junk email too quickly, or I simply hit it wrong without thinking. I opened the mistaken deletions in the trash because that was where I found it. The decision to put in back into the In box was made after I read it, depending on whether or not it was worth keeping...
