1: No me gustan ni verduras ni frutas.

Ni means neither/nor

2: Viajaré a Argentina con mi hermana pero sin mi hermano.

Con means with sin means without

3: Mis pasatiempos incluyen golf, leer manga, y dibujar.

4: I presume they want you to explain in English. Jugar and tocar both can mean to play. Jugar means to play a game or sport whereas tocar means either to play an instrument or to touch. I'll let you do the sentence.

5: Gustar means to like whereas encantar means to love or to cast a spell/enchantment.

6: Un atleta caribeño entrena y compite en eventos deportivos. Él o ella es fuerte y talentoso. En el caribe atletismo es un evento super popular. Por ejemplo, Usain Bolt es el mas famoso corredor del mundo y él nació en Jamaica que es en el caribe. Un atleta se despierta temprano y es trabajador.
