Hi Leby,
The first step to addressing these questions is making sure that you have a full understanding of what an epistemic belief actually is. To help with this, think about how you look at knowledge and how your perspective affects your daily life. How does your perspective of knowledge affect your ability to make decisions or think critically? In other words, does thinking a certain way affect the decisions you make? What is your learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic)? Once you figure out the learning style that works best for you, think about whether that style connects to the way you look at knowledge in your life. Finally, think about how others might learn best. What characteristics should they have? Is it determination? Is it focus?
Hopefully this helps you with getting started! If you have any other questions or would like to meet for a session to dive deeper into this, let me know.
Danielle :)
