Please help me translate these sentences into proper Spanish:

1. I like to eat dumplings on New Years.
2. I like to watch movies on Thanksgiving day.
3. My dad likes to eat roasted chestnuts on Christmas Eve.
4. He likes to open presents on Christmas Day.
5. My sister and I like to volunteer in the mornings on Christmas Eve.

2. Mention at least one thing you like to do during holidays using the correct form of the verb gustar. (e.g., I like to open gifts on Christmas day.)

Tu familia

1.  State one thing one of your family members likes to eat during your family celebrations using the correct form of the verb gustar. Also include what member of your family he/she is. (e.g., My Aunt Lucy likes to eat roasted pig on Christmas Eve.) 
2. State at least one thing he/she likes to do during holidays using the correct form of the verb gustar. (e.g., She likes to go to church on Christmas day.)

1.  State one thing that you and a family member like to do any time of the year using the correct form of the verbgustar. (e.g., My mom and I like to walk around the block with our suitcase at midnight on New Year’s Eve.)

 

Hint - When using someone's name or title (mom, brother, etc.), add the preposition “a” before their name/title (e.g., a mi amiga, a Rosa, etc.), followed by the correct indirect object pronoun (me, te, le, nos, les) and the correct form of the verb gustar.

3. Note: I am not 100% on this translation of ‘dumplings’

5. A mí me gusta mirar películas en el Día de Acción de Gracias.
6. My dad likes to eat roasted chestnuts on Christmas Eve.
7. A mi padre le gusta comer castañas asadas en Nochebuena.
8. He likes to open presents on Christmas Day.
9. A él le gusta abrir regalos en el Día de Navidad.
10. My sister and I like to volunteer in the mornings on Christmas Eve.
11. A mi hermana y a mí nos gusta hacer trabajo voluntario por las mañanas en la Nochebuena.
