Hi there! I am little confused by your question. Are you looking for a material that can be in any of those forms at 20C? If that is your question, I would suggest mixing some cornstarch and water together to create a non-newtonian fluid. This mixture does not follow Newton's laws for viscosity and can be both liquid and solid at room temperature. This is also widely available at grocery stores.

Yes, there are many types like quicksand. This is not my area of expertise but if you google Dilatent Fluid, Pseudoplastic, Thixotropic Fluid or Rheopeotic Fluid it could give you many more examples.11d

Thanks. Yes thats what I meant. The substance should be 20°C or below all the time irrespective of the room temperature. If you dont mind can you give some more examples if there is any11d
