The Renaissance was a period of time where people became responsible for themselves and also questioning knowledge and culture in which gives meaning to their surroundings. Hence it led to scientific and artistic innovations. After the dark Middle Ages, people were more turning away from the church and accepting science with finding answers themselves with scientific research. The result of the renaissance came to have people move away from the church and think within themselves leading to ever lasting effects from new innovations.
