I hold certifications in Elementary, Middle, and University level Education with over 6 years of experience in a variety of subjects. I am a patient person who does my best to help anyone that ask for help. I put maximum effort showing great enthusiasm with teaching. What I enjoy the most in tutoring is when a student is unsure with a question in the beginning but after I teach and explain the concept, the student brightens up and understands it. I hold certifications in Elementary, Middle, and University level Education with over 6 years of experience in a variety of subjects. I am a patient person who does my best to help anyone that ask for help. I put maximum effort showing great enthusiasm with teaching. What I enjoy the most in tutoring is when a student is unsure with a question in the beginning but after I teach and explain the concept, the student brightens up and understands it. I tutor Psychology, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, K-6 common core, ELA, World History, American History, Global History, and Sociology. I am able to tailor my teachings to fit my student's needs in learning and have found many success in that over the years as no two students are ever the same.

I have scored over the top 90% of the National percentile in the SATs. I've always excelled in math since I was young, and I was on the Deans list at University at Albany.

I scored in the 90s in the Algebra Regents.
In World History I scored over a 90s in the Regents.
American History I scored over a 95 in the Regents.
For the History SAT II I scored over 75% of the National percentile.

I make things fun and engaging, I do a mixture of teaching the materials and making it enjoyable.

Kevin is an excellent tutor. He worked very well with my son. This was my sons first experience with a tutor and he was a little nervous about it but Kevin made him feel self assured and he enjoyed his tutoring sessions.
