Question

Using complete sentences in Spanish in the present tense, describe your favorite room. If you use a video, you can use images for support, but images are optional. Use the following steps to complete your description:

The sentences I need translated:

1. My favorite room in the house is the bedroom because I like to sleep.
2. The bedroom is between the bathroom and the dining room and near the living room.
3. There is a white pillow, a brown blanket, and a black desk.
4. I sleep and do homework in the bedroom.

Requirements for the sentences:

1. In one sentence, state which room is your favorite and why. (e.g., My favorite room in the house is the kitchen because I love to eat.)
2. In one sentence, describe where the room is in relation to other rooms in the house, using the correct form of the verb estar and at least two location prepositions (next to, in front of, to the left of, etc.) (e.g., The kitchen is between the living room and the dining room and near the garage.)
3. In one sentence, state at least three items that you can find in that room using adjectives. (e.g., There is a white stove, a tall refrigerator, and a brown table.)
4. In one sentence, state at least two activities that you do in the room, using the present tense yo form of the verbs. (e.g., I eat dinner and do my homework in the kitchen.)

1. Mi habitación favorita (o cuarto favorito) de la casa es el dormitorio porque me gusta dormir.
2. El dormitorio está entre el baño y el comedor, y cerca de la sala.
3. Allí hay una almohada blanca, una cobija (o manta) café, y un escritorio negro.
4. Yo duermo y hago tarea en mi dormitorio (o cuarto, it´s more common).

room = habitación, cuarto, recámara

blanket = manta, cobija, frazada
