Please help me on this math equation.

Examine the following graph, where the function P(x) is mapped to I(x) by a translation.

I of X is 4 units above p of x.

Which answer shows the correct transformation of P(x) to get to I(x)?

so it would be answer 4 right

Yes. Choice 4 is correct. Also, shift up 4 doesn't narrow it to two choices. It narrows it to only one choice - Choice 4.
