It appears that the graph of P(x) has been shifted up 4 units! In order to translate a function by a vertical (a "y-shift") shift - or up or down - respectively, we simply add or subtract a given number. No parentheses needed for a vertical shift!

That narrows it down to two choices. I think you could take it from there.
