We can solve this using the formula for the capacitance of a parallel-plate capacitor
C = ε0 A / d
Where
C = capacitance in F
ε0 = 8.85e-12 F / m
A = Area of plate in m
d = distance between plates in m
Convert the area to m2 , plug in the values into the above formula for d, and you will have your answer.
It's a bit tricky because they also gave you voltage, which is not needed to find the distance. If you wanted to find the charge collected on the capacitor, then voltage will be useful
