c) For t-intercept, set N = 0 and solve for t:

0 = -0.9t + 220

-220 = -0.9t

-220/-0.9 = t

t = 244.44

so t-intercept is (244.44, 0)

d) This means that if the tuition was approximately $244.44, then zero students would enroll in the basketball camp.
