Can you check my grammar?
"How was their life before? And what has changed now"?
Is it correct or wrong?

Context is important here! Typically I find it clearer to just place the subject's actual name in place of "their" and to follow "before" with whatever the life changing event is. But grammatically speaking and context aside, you'd be correct.

Looks fine on grammar to me, but not on style. The two sentences do not logically flow: the first is about "life", while the second jumps to "things". Wrapping two separate considerations together just by juxtaposing isn't good style. The second should perhaps be: "And how has it changed now?" -- Cheers, -- Mr. d.01/26/22
