So you can take slope intercept form: y = mx + b (m = slope & b = y intercept)

You get: y = 2x + b

Plug in the point you gave that the line runs through --> x = 4, y = -3

You get: -3 = 2(4) + b

Solve for b:

--> -3 = 8 + b

--> b = -11

This means that the line has a y intercept of -11

If you plug in 0 for all the x values in your 4 possible choices, the one that gives you y = -11 is your answer. You can double check this by plugging the given point into that equation and seeing if it makes sense.

Hope this helps!
