Hi, Full Disclosure, not trained in pharmacology here--this popped up in my feed because of the "chemistry" and "science" tags. As a result, if I'm missing something, apologies--this is just my best guess.
However, based on my knowledge:
BID=twice a day
60 tablets/15 days = 4 tablets/day
Since the patient is taking their medications twice a day, this is 2 tablets per dose.
Again, apologies if I'm missing something, this is just my best attempt at using intuition.
