f(x) = x2 - x + 3
The problem is to find the value for f(x) when x = 0, x = 2, and x = -4 so we can plug those values in to see what f(x) would be.
f(x) = x2 - x + 3
f(2) = 22 - 2 + 3
f(2) = 4 - 2 + 3
f(2) = 2 + 3
f(2) = 5
