Can someone please check-over my answers to these Spanish problems?

Negatives:

Instructions: Complete the translation of the negative sentences by writing the correct words on the lines.


1. I did not buy anything. Yo no compré nada.


2. We did not eat anything. Nosotros no comimos nada.


3. Jaime has never driven a car. Jaime nunca ha conducido un carro.


4. The students did not study anything. Los estudiantes no estudiaron nada.


5. There were not many people in the church. No había muchas personas en la iglesia.


6. I don't speak to anyone. No le hablo a nadie .


7. We don't have any strawberries. Nosotros no tenemos alguna fresas.


8. Carla and Marco don't read any books. Carla y Marco no leen ningún libros.


9. Nobody brings the books to class. Nadie trae los libros a la clase.


10. You don't open any windows. Tú no abres ninguna ventanas.

Hello Jesset C: 7. No tenemos NINGUNA fresa (singular) 8. No leen ningún LIBRO ( singular) 10. No abre ninguna VENTANA (singular) NINGUNO/A means "not one" There is another use in Spanish that does request the plural: No lee NINGUNO DE LOS LIBROS (but in this case, by using the definite article, we mean books about which we already have information): Ex: Ella no lee NINGUNA DE LAS HISTORIAS...que le sugerí. You just have to use the masculine "Ningún" (instead of "ninguno") when it is next to the noun it modifies: ningún árbol, ningún animal, etc. I hope I've helped. Gisela
