Copying and pasting any story I write here would be considered plagiarism by most professionals. However, I'm happy to give you an idea of where to get started. The following horror short story can be done in the first person (I, myself, me) or the third person (the person, they, he, she), and can use past (it happened) or present tense (it's happening).
Imagine a "patient" woke up in a well-lit surgical room. The doctors nearby whispered to themselves before looking at the patient. The patient looked around, not knowing where they are. They try to move but find themselves fastened to the examining table. They tried to wriggle out to no avail. The doctors nearby spoke angrily to the patient to get them to stop moving. They told the patient off like a child. The patient questions the doctors angrily about what they are doing on the examining table, but the doctors became quieter, their tone more pleasant, and they reassured the patient. Still, the patient moved around on the examining table, worried for their safety. The patient felt a sharp stab, and their eyes closed.
You can edit this story to add more words and address some of the weird using, and the italicized words can be replaced with your words and phrases. I ended up using all words and phrases you provided here in this story. Don't forget to edit the story and make it your own. Right now, it's just an idea, and again, copying and pasting it would be direct plagiarism.

Emma I just want to warn you that your professor/teacher may perform a internet search for your "story" (there is a software that they can cut and paste into, and it looks for combinations of words). If it matches this one, you may get into very serious trouble.10/06/21

I agree with Jonathan's comment. I hope I included enough warning about plagiarism. It can be a serious issue!10/06/21
