The trick is 7/12 = 3/12 + 4/12 = 1/4 + 1/3.
So use the addition formulas for sine and cosine to get the results.
sin(π/4 + π/3) = sin(π/4)cos(π/3)+sin(π/3)cos(π/4)
cos(π/4 + π/3) = cos(π/4)cos(π/3)-sin(π/3)sin(π/4)
You can use the unit circle to get the sine and cosine values and just do the arithmetic.
