We can use the kinematic equation V=V0 + (a*t) where V is the final velocity, V0 is the initial velocity, a is acceleration, and t is time in seconds.
Rearranging this we get (V-V0) / a = t.
Plugging in values we find that t = (65 - 0) / 36.5 = 65 / 36.5 = 1.8 seconds.
