y= 4x/5 + 2/5 is perpendicular to y=-4x/5 + 7 with the same y intercept as 7x-5y+2=0
to be perpendicular the slope must be the negative inverse. take -4/5, change the sign and flip the fraction upside down to get +5/4 The slope = the x coefficient when the equation is solved for y
7x-5y + 2 = 0 solved for y is
y = 7x/5 + 2/5 which is in slope intercept form y=mx+b where b is the y intercept
