- How might this skill help the team work together?
- How might this skill help the team develop a product?
- How might the team fail if they don't use this skill?
- Following answering the above questions for each skill, you'll likely want to check for grammar, spelling, and word count. If you need more words, consider how you personally think you will succeed at these skills or would like to grow in them. If you need fewer words, consider taking out any redundant information, such as repetitive answers to multiple questions about the same skill.
