Can someone please help me with this pre-algebra problem? I’m trying to help my younger brother with his homework.

Mr. Richardson showed his class a cube that had sides one-half meter long. He said, “For the end of the year water balloon fight, you may use the amount of water that would fill this cube.” If each balloon held 265 milliliters of water, how many balloons did the class fill?

(A) 943

(B) 566

(C) 471

(D) 1886

My brother got (B), is he correct?
