Well, A's chance of winning is 100%, since she has the lowest rating and no one is allowed to shoot her, only people with a higher rating. B can't shoot anyone because his rating is the highest. C can shoot B and D. Without working out the sequence, it seems that B, C, and D will all eventually be shot, leaving A only unshot.

An interesting, if confusing, interpretation of the sentence "the participants will take other participants at a higher rate". How does one then follow the previous rule where "the shooting will turn in alphabetical order" and "will repeat once ALL have attempted a shot"?08/28/21
