A plane is set to head due east, but it is being pushed off course by a crosswind blowing south. At 9 A.M. the plane is located at point A and at 10 A.M. the plane is located at point C, as shown. In what direction and at what speed is the plane traveling? Round to the nearest tenth of a unit.

Two Vectors from the point A(10,70) extending to point C(310,10) and point B which is 60 units apart from point C. The distance from point A to point B is 300.

Lets say Agle A is a, Whe know that Agle B is 90; you can use sin Theorem so side a =60, side b = 305.9, angle B is 90 sine a/side a = sine 90/side b sine a/60 = 0.89/305.9 please solve this proportion and you will get an angle. The agles are 37,53,90 for most pythagoren triangles so it should be 37 but you can still solve and check
