I recommend here to divide each monomial by x to simplify;

we have x(x^2 -x -20) =0. from here we have one solution x=0

lets check polynomial x^2 -x -20

-20 = -10*2. not this pair

-5*4. yes!

x^2 -x -20 = (x-5)(x+4) = 0.

x-5 =0 and x= 5, x+4 = 0 and x = -4

so you have x=0, x =5, x= -4
