You are correct. If G'(t) = 17 - e-t then G(t) = ∫17 - e-t dt = 17t + e-t and this is then evaluated between 0 and 10 to get [17(10) + e-(10)] - [17(0) + e-(0)] = 170 + 0.000045 - 0 - 1 ≈ 169 gallons
