Please help!!! Volume Math Problem!!

Question

Your mother tells you take your little sister for ice cream. On the way there your sister tells you, she wants one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of the pink ice cream (strawberry). Now you know she does NOT like strawberry, but you also know she will yell until she gets what she wants. You also know she will not finish two scoops of ice cream, so you decide to get her what she wants. You tell the ice cream guy to put the pink ice cream on the bottom and the chocolate on the top. Your little sister is thrilled and eats about 40% of the ice cream, as you knew she would. 

You hope that the ice cream she does not eat will fit in the cone. Does it? Make sure to show calculations.

The cone has a diameter of 5 inches and a height of 6 inches. Each scoop of ice cream has a radius of 2.5 in. (we will assume that you do not actually get a FULL sphere of ice cream but a hemisphere. And we will assume that the volume of the ice cream does not change as it melts. )

Volume of a cone is: 1/3*pi*r³*h

Volume of a hemisphere: 1/2*4/3*pi*r³

Since your sister ate 40% of the ice cream you need to figure out how much ice cream is remaining based off the original volume (the question isn't clear if she only eats 40% of one or both, clarification would be helpful). If the remaining volume is less than the volume of the cone, the ice cream will fit
