How do write a good isekai?

I have an idea regarding a isekai story. My idea so far is about a girl who had a good relationship with her great aunt. One of her good memories was that she would listen to a story of the The Velveteen Rabbit while holding a strawberry pattern stuffed rabbit that her aunt made. When the great aunt died the girl decided open the book and gets transported into the story. Is the idea good enough or does it need work? What can I do to make the story more interesting?

The scariest/most-exciting parts are the parts we can't see.

If you have a roadmap for the story, then just start writing. Don't feel the need to explain what EXACTLY is happening each step of the way. Rather, think about what it would be like to experience this world, to truly understand it, and then write what comes to mind.
