The average age of the company's president is 56 years old. Assume the variable is normally distributed is four years, find the probability that the age of a president will be between 52 and 58.

p (52 < X < 58) = p (52-56 / 4 < Z < 58 - 56 / 4) = p ( -1 < Z < 0.5)

Using a Z table find the area to the left of Z = 0.5

Then subtract area to the left of Z = -1

that gives you the probability
