But then it would ‘si tenían” Since it’s fill in the blanks, ‘tienen’ is in the present, this is a phrase is all in the present not conditional. However I agree it should be: yo compraría los productos si los kioscos tenían buenos precios.

Actually, if you are doing the translation: "I would buy the products if the kiosks have good prices." (should be HAD in English, not present tense; need to watch your sequence of tenses). Yes, you would have the conditional "compraría" BUT the TENER form of the verb after a "si" clause is actually: imperfect SUBJUNCTIVE=tuviera. In reality, what the initial statement required (comprar), could be two possible answers: (1) compro (present indicative) or (2) compraré (future indicative). Remember there are four basic structures with SI clauses:
1. Main Clause (MC) present indicative/ Dependent Clause (si clause) (DC) present indicative: This shows normalcy or habit. "If this happens, then this happens."
2. MC future indicative/DP present indicative. This shows less of a probability that the action of the main clause will occur. If this will happen, this happens."
These are the two structures in question that deal with the context in the prompt.
The other two SI clause structures are:
MC conditional/DP imperfect subjunctive
MC conditional perfect/DP pluperfect subjunctive
