Now we need to find out how many grams are in 2.5 moles. For this we need the formula mass of NaCl.
The periodic table gives a value of about 58.5 g/ mole. To determine how many grams in 2.5 moles,
multiply 58.5 g/mole x 2.5 moles to get 146.3 grams of NaCl.
