Hi,
Vertical asymptotes at x = -3 and x = 6 ---------> it means denominator is (x+3)(x-6)
x intercepts at x = 2 and x =- 4 ------> it means (2,0) , ( -4,0) are zeroes of function so nominator is (x-2)(x+4)
Horizontal asymptote at y = 3 ----> it means this function that it is rational function and rate of greatest coefficients of x in top and denominator are 3 ( in fact the level of x is 2 3x^2 /x^2 = 3 , y=3)
y = [ 3(x-2)(x+4)] / [(x+3)(x-6)]
I hope it is useful,
Minoo
