The easiest way I've learned to handle percentages is to look at what 1% of the main number is. To do that, you look at the big number -- 650.00 -- and move the decimal over two spots -- making it 6.50.

You now have 1% of 100%.

Multiply that by the percentage number -- 13%

$6.50 x 13 = $84.50
