Start by drawing a picture., seeing what is given about the triangles and what can be easily shown.
As AR is bisected at F, AF and FR are of equal length.
As BH is bisected at F, BF and FH are of equal length.
As ∠RFH is opposite ∠AFB, ∠RFH ≅ ∠AFB
Then, look again at the triangles. You will see that we have just shown SAS - two sides and the angle between them are congruent, so the triangles are congruent.
