Please help! Quadratic equation

A rectangle has dimensions x + 10 and 5x-4 where x is in centimetres. If the area of the rectangle is 72 cm2, what is the value of x, to the nearest tenth of a centimetre?

won't it be 5x^2+ 46x-40 when you foil

You are correct. I must have typed it too quickly and forgot to include the -4x in the long expression. The factors do multiply to 46x though.
