use the sum of interior angles of polygon formula.
(n-2)*180
In this question, we have a pentagon so substitute n=5 and that would give you the sum of all 5 angles. If one of the angles is unknown, you can find the measure by subtracting the sum of other 4 angles.
as for the other angles outside the pentagon, called as exterior angles - you can use supplementary angles to find their measures.
