I asked this question before and received the answer of 23/83 (or 0.27 as a decimal) from someone, when I put it in my quiz for class it was incorrect. please help!!

I answered this before, as 23/83 which is correct. To 2 decimal places this is 0.28 (possibly I misread the accuracy).
We know the test results were negative, so that is 83 patients. Of these 23 had renal disease so the probability must be 23/83.
