All but the number "2." are correct. "Uds." is the abbreviation on "Ustedes". The correct one for number "2." is:
Ustedes nacieron en Francia. So the right answer is "E."
The conjugation for the second person plural form for the verb "nacer" for the past tense (modo indicativo) is ustedes nacieron.
