graph y=3-2cos(x-pi/2) over two periods

so far I have period: 2pi , amp: 2 , horizontal shift: pi/2 , vertical shift: 3, shifts up but I can't figure out how to find the points to graph.

I don't understand. the period would be 2pi so that's the x coordinate but how would I find Y to graph it
